As you know, private employers with 100 or more employees and federal contractors with 50 or more employees are required to report an EEO-1 Component 1 report on an annual basis. The report includes the number of individuals employed by job category and by sex and race or ethnicity.
The EEOC recently announced that 2023 EEO-1 Component 1 data collection will open on Tuesday, April 30, 2024. The deadline to file the 2023 EEO-1 Component 1 report is Tuesday, June 4, 2024.
