Which states are available for the Handbook Builder?

 The Handbook Builder supports all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

 Yes, you can upload your logo during the handbook creation process.

You can create unlimited handbooks, whether federal, state-specific, or combined. (*Subject to partner portal adjustments for consultants). Note that local policies are included in our handbooks as well.

Yes! Our product allows you to upload your existing handbook, analyzes what policies are missing based on your employees’ work jurisdictions, and provides recommended policy templates to stay compliant. The tool is as simple as dragging and dropping policy templates; you can then start editing your handbook within our builder and collaborate on the handbook with your HR team.

Updates are reflected on a daily basis as legal changes occur. Our system will prompt you anytime a policy needs to be updated and will provide the policy template to you.

To share with employees, export your handbook as a .docx file to share via email or your company intranet. Or, use our built-in e-signature feature to send it directly to employees for acknowledgment.

Yes, collaboration on policies and policy edits is very simple within our handbook builder.
