Arkansas will require employers in the state with 50 or more full-time equivalent employees to display a veterans’ benefits and services poster in a conspicuous place accessible to employees in the employer’s workplace.
The state’s Department of Labor and Licensing, in consultation with the Department of Veterans Affairs, will create and distribute the poster to employers.
The enacting bill will take effect the 91st day after the adjournment of the 2025 Arkansas legislative session (likely July 16, 2025).
