The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) have executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to strengthen collaboration between the two agencies with a mission to better protect workers and reduce compliance burdens for employers.
The MOU establishes a process for the two agencies to share information and data, and to engage in joint training and outreach initiatives.
Additionally, the MOU addresses various whistleblower provisions.
