M-274, I-9 Central Guidance Revised to Increase Visibility of Certain Form I-9 Documents

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced new guidance related to Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification. The guidance helps clarify the following:

• List A Documents That Establish Identity and Employment Authorization;
• List B Documents That Establish Identity; and
• List C Documents That Establish Employment Authorization.
