The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced new guidance related to Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification. The guidance helps clarify the following:
- List A Documents That Establish Identity and Employment Authorization;
- List B Documents That Establish Identity; and
- List C Documents That Establish Employment Authorization.
