As you know, California passed a law earlier this year that required the Labor Commissioner to develop a model list of employees’ rights and responsibilities under the state’s whistleblower laws. The Labor Commissioner’s Office has now developed and issued the notice, which must be posted by January 1, 2025. You can find the notice here.
