Filing Deadline for South Carolina Contribution and Wage Reports

Pursuant to the state’s Statewide Education and Workforce Development Act, every South Carolina employer with ten or more employees must file the portion of the “Employer Quarterly Contribution and Wage Reports” containing their employees’ social security number, name, Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) code, total number of hours worked, and total wages electronically with the State Unemployment Insurance Tax System (SUITS).

Reports are due on the following quarterly filing deadlines:

  • First Quarter – April 30
  • Second Quarter – July 31
  • Third Quarter – October 31
  • Fourth Quarter – January 31
