During law school, Tim interned for the National Labor Relations Board and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Jason N.W. Plowman

Jason Plowman is a trusted advisor partnering with employers at every phase of the employment life cycle. His practice focuses on employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour matters, in both the single- plaintiff context as well as in class actions, collective actions, and multi-plaintiff litigation.
